Terms of Service

1. What IronDesk is

IronDesk is online software for running a gym: members, membership plans, payments, check-ins, staff, expenses and reports. It is provided by Mamudou Saho, The Gambia (“IronDesk”, “we”). By creating an account you (the gym, “you”) agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• The person who signs up is the gym's owner on IronDesk and is responsible for the account and its staff logins.
• Keep passwords private. Give staff their own logins and remove access when someone leaves.
• The information you give us (gym name, phone, email) must be correct, so we can reach you about your account.
• One free trial per gym and phone number.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• Every new gym gets a free trial of 14 days with the Starter features. No payment is needed to start.
• After the trial, you choose a plan (monthly or yearly) and pay in dalasi by Wave, bank transfer or cash, using the payment reference shown in IronDesk. Your plan starts once we confirm the payment.
• If a paid period ends without renewal, you keep access for 3 more days. After that the account is paused until you pay; your data is kept.
• Prices are shown on our website and in your account. If we change them, the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Payments cover the period you paid for and are not refunded for unused time, unless we stop the service (see 7).

4. Your data

Everything your gym enters (members, payments, check-ins, expenses) belongs to your gym. We only use it to run IronDesk for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to record your members' details and for keeping them accurate.

5. Fair use

• Use IronDesk only for running your gym and within the law.
• Don't try to access another gym's data, break the security, or overload the service.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, puts others at risk, or uses a free trial repeatedly.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep IronDesk available and your data safe, with regular backups. Like any online service it can sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during maintenance or internet problems. We provide support by phone and WhatsApp.

7. Ending the service

• You can stop using IronDesk at any time by not renewing. Ask us if you want your account and data deleted.
• If we ever stop offering IronDesk, we will tell you at least 30 days before, help you export your data, and refund any unused prepaid time.

8. Responsibility

IronDesk is a tool to help you run your gym; decisions about members, money and staff remain yours. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as IronDesk grows. We'll show the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia.
